Rudolph Brownies
Make these Rudolph brownies for Christmas! Kids love them and they're so esy to make with a box brownie mix and a few other ingredients.

Ingredients
1 box
King Arthur Gluten Free Brownie Mix
can use any brownie recipe
1
cup
chocolate chips
1/2
cup
coconut cream
I used the Trader Joe's brand. Can sub heavy whipping cream
16
pretzels
use gluten free if needed
16
candy eyes
8
red candies
I used dye free Giggles, but m&m's or skittles work great too
Instructions
For The Brownies
Line an 8x8 round cake pan with parchment paper.
Prepare the brownies according to the package. Or make your favorite brownie recipe
like this one here
Let cool to room temperature
For The Chocolate Ganache Frosting
Combine the chocolate chips and coconut cream in a saucepan and melt until smooth over medium heat.
Allow to cool for a few minutes.
Frost the brownies and place in the fridge to set up for 1-2 hours.
Remove the brownies from the fridge and cut into 8 slices.
Add the pretzels, giggles (or other red candy), and candy eyes to make 8 reindeer.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
