This easy paleo steak recipe is cut into cubes for quick cooking and easy eating. The delicious steak marinade has only 3 ingredients and is whole 30 approved.
Prepare the marinade by adding the coconut aminos, lime juice, and minced garlic into a ziplock bag, or metal bowl. Stir to combine.
Chop the steak into bite sized cubes and generously season with salt and black pepper.
Place the cubed steak into the marinade. Move the steak around in the marinade until it's well coated. Marinate for 30 minutes to 3 hours.
When the steak has finished marinating, add some avocado oil, butter, or ghee to your skillet and heat over medium heat.
Once the pan is heated, use tongs to move the steak from the marinade to the pan. Be careful not to over crowd the pan. You may need to cook the steak in two batches.
Cook the steak for about 2 minutes on each side, or cook to your preference of doneness.
Serve hot.
