Ingredients

almond flour
1/3
cup
arrowroot powder
1/2
teaspoon
baking soda
1/2
teaspoon
sea salt
1/3
cup
honey
be sure to level it off with the back of a knife
1/4
cup
avocado oil
or oil of choice

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an
8x8 baking dish
with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, arrowroot, salt, and baking soda and whisk until combined.
Add in the honey, oil, and eggs and mix until a batter forms. Don't over mix.
Pour the cornbread batter into the parchment lined baking dish and bake for 28-32 minutes until lightly golden brown.
Serve with honey or maple syrup.
