Hiya Vitamin Review – Who Are They?

Hiya Health is a company specializing in kids vitamins. It was started by 2 dads who couldn’t find a healthy vitamin option to give to their kids. So they made their own! Hiya vitamins contain a blend of 12 fruits and vegetables, and 15 essential vitamins and minerals vital to proper nutrition – all in one chewable tablet.

Do kids really need a multivitamin?

I would say absolutely yes. Soil these days is so depleted of the vitamins and minerals our bodies need for optimal brain development and a high functioning immune system.

I personally think both kids and adults would benefit from supplementing with a multivitamin to fill in the common nutritional gaps that may be missing from their diet.

And let’s be honest. Getting kids to eat all the healthy foods they need to is hard!

Hiya Vitamin Review – What Sets Them Apart?

As you can see, there is zero added sugar and it’s made from organic fruits and vegetables. Hiya vitamins contain all of the essential vitamins our kids need. Let’s check out this amazing ingredient list.

Hiya Vitamin Review – Ingredients

The ingredients in conventional kids multivitamins contain sugar, artificail flavors, and even dyes! Seriously?! These are not good for the body. Especially growing children.

And even healthier options like Smarty Pants vitamins, and Nordic Naturals contain high amounts of sugar per vitamin. Which adds up when you’re taking them daily.

They taste good! From the first day we tried them, 3 out of 4 of my kids loved them. Especially my four year old! My daughter who didn’t like them, is the picky one of the family. She’s the one who just eats plain rice, plain spaghetti noodles with no sauce, everything just plain, plain, plain. (Please tell me I’m not the only one with a child like this 😅)

Cons

Price – but it gets cheaper the more you buy – which I appreciate having 4 kids. You can click here to save 50% off your first order!

I’ve accepted the fact that healthier things in life usually cost more. Not always, but often. I choose to pay the extra money for healthier foods and products. If that’s not your choice, that is totally okay.

There’s a lot of ingredients. While I am content with the extra ingredients from a health stand point, I do wish there were less ingredients used, overall.
