I love adding this creamy salsa dressing to a simple chicken salad with lettuce and some veggies like chopped cucumber, onions, and tomatoes.

Salsa Dressing – Ingredients
Favorite high quality salsa
Avocado
Lime Juice
Avocado oil (can sub any neutral tasting oil)
Ground cumin
Water
Salsa Dressing – How To Make
First, place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend for 3+ minutes until it’s thick and creamy.
Next, serve warm or cold and store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Easy!

Creamy Salsa Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup avocado oil (can sub any neutral tasting oil)
- 1 medium ripe avocado
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- juice of half a lime or more to taste
- up to 1/4 cup of water optional, see notes
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend for 3+ minutes or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Serve the dressing hot or cold over your favorite salad, or use it as a chip dip or sauce for tacos!
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
